O Beely não coleta, não transmite e não compartilha nenhum dado. O app funciona inteiramente no aparelho, sem conta, sem login, sem servidor e sem anúncios.
O Beely é desenvolvido pela Catalyst Desenvolvimento de Software Customizável LTDA (Catalyst Tech). Contato: beely@omnily.com.br.
Tudo o que você cria no Beely fica gravado só no seu aparelho, num banco SQLite local e em arquivos da pasta privada do app. Nada disso sai do aparelho.

O Beely é feito para crianças de 3 a 10 anos e segue a Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), a COPPA e o GDPR-K. Como não há coleta nem transmissão de dados, não há dado de criança sob nossa guarda: nós, a Catalyst Tech, nunca temos acesso a nada do que você cria no app. O modo pais é protegido por PIN, que também funciona como barreira parental.
Dentro do app, apagar uma criança, tarefa, foto ou gravação apaga o registro do aparelho. Desinstalar o Beely apaga tudo de uma vez. Como nada foi enviado para lugar nenhum, não existe cópia nossa para pedir exclusão.
Se a política mudar, a nova versão aparece nesta mesma página com a data atualizada. Se algum dia o app passar a coletar qualquer dado, isso será anunciado aqui e pedido de forma explícita antes de acontecer.

Beely is made for children aged 3–10 and complies with COPPA, GDPR-K and Brazil's LGPD. Because there is no collection and no transmission, no child data is ever in our custody: we, Catalyst Tech, never have access to anything you create in the app. Parent mode is PIN-protected, which also acts as a parental gate.
Inside the app, deleting a child, task, photo or recording removes it from the device. Uninstalling Beely erases everything at once. Since nothing was ever sent anywhere, there is no copy on our side to request deletion of.
If this policy changes, the new version appears on this same page with an updated date. If the app ever starts collecting any data, that will be announced here and asked for explicitly beforehand.

Beely richtet sich an Kinder von 3 bis 10 Jahren und erfüllt die Anforderungen von DSGVO-K, COPPA und der brasilianischen LGPD. Da weder Erhebung noch Übertragung stattfindet, befinden sich zu keinem Zeitpunkt Kinderdaten in unserer Obhut: wir, Catalyst Tech, haben niemals Zugriff auf das, was Sie in der App anlegen. Der Elternmodus ist per PIN geschützt, der zugleich als Elternsperre dient.
In der App entfernt das Löschen eines Kindes, einer Aufgabe, eines Fotos oder einer Aufnahme den Eintrag vom Gerät. Die Deinstallation von Beely löscht alles auf einmal. Da nie etwas übertragen wurde, existiert bei uns keine Kopie, deren Löschung beantragt werden müsste.
Bei Änderungen erscheint die neue Fassung auf derselben Seite mit aktualisiertem Datum. Sollte die App jemals Daten erheben, wird dies hier angekündigt und vorher ausdrücklich eingeholt.
